Al ORDINANCE ACCEPTl1=G THE DEDICATION
OF THE STREETS, AVENUES AND HICHWAYS
I11 INDIANA PARK, AS SHOWN BY AN
AMENDED D PLAT
WHEREAS, the Commercial Dart: and. Trust Company, a cor-
poration organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, has filed with the Director of Public Service an
amended plat of Indiana Park of the following property, lying
and being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1o. 6, Page
l08 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast
corner (SE) of Section 14, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41
East, run North 383 feet; thence West parallel to
South line of Section, 1000 feet; thence South
parallel to East line of Section 383 feet to Section
line; thence East along Section line 1000 feet to
point of beginning,
said subdivision to be known as "Indiana Park - Amended Plat",
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
amended plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of
certain streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMISSION OF THE CITY
OF L IAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and high-
ways in said subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and. confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6t4 day of October, A. D. 19E .
