Are ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OP
Tim STREETS, AVENUES, HIGHWAYS AND PARItS
IN THE REsUr rVrS I ON TO SE i OWN AS
"BISCAYNE ROAD ESTATES".
WIMREAS, the Iba Holdings, a corporation organize&
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, has
filed. with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
resubdivision of the following property, lying and being
in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Lot 5 of Johnson's Subdivision
of the North Half (1 ) of the Northwest ;uar ter
(Ir:.L) of Section 1, Twp. 53 South, Rye. 41 last,
said resubdivision to be known as "Biscayne Road Estates", and
WIEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of. the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAITYED BY THE COI.2:ISSIO T OF 'TIM
CITY OF MAU : That the dedication of, the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said resubdivision, as shown by said
plat, be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed. by
the City of Miami.
