Anil FIRST ADDITION".
wNEREAS, the North American Realty Company, a cores
poration organize& and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, has filed with the Director of Public Service a
plat of a subdivision of the following property, lying and
being in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A. subdivision of the West Half (V1 ) of the North-
west Quarter (NW;) of the Southeast Quarter (SW
of Section 2, Twp. 54 South, Rge. 40 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Flagami - First Addition", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
?HEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C OL 'HISS ICH OF THE
CITY OF MIAi.I: That the dedication of the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, A. D. 1925.
