AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OE
THE STREETS, AVENES ► HtaHWA'YS AND PAfi:S
IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE i ►OWN AS "LOitAII

0. WHEREAS, W. I. Batten and Alice M. Batten, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:

A subdivision in the North Half (Ni) of the South -
East quarter (SEY) of the Northwest Z,uarter (NI )
of the Southwest Quarter (Sw4) of Section 12, Twp
54 South, Range 40 East, except a tract 264, x 165,
in the SW corner and a tract 264, x 165E in the SE
corner not included. Also described as part of
tract No. 113 TAL IAL:I ACRES PLAN 2 as surveyed by
the Biscayne Engineering Co., in January 1921,
said subdivision to be knwon as "Loraine Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Liami and the rules and regulations of the De-
partment of Public Service, and
'AS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
INO I THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE CO2 miSSICAI' OF THE
CITY OF 14.:I: That the dedication of the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City
of LiamL.
