OP TH2 STETS, AVENVES AND HI MAYS

AN AMENDED PD,,
WHEREAS, P. J. Crouse, single, has filed with the
Director of Public Service an amended plat of Crouse's
Subdivision of the following property, lying and being
in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 1,
Phoenix Park, as recorded in Book 6 of Plats
on Page 80, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, in the Northwest Quarter (ice') of the
Southeast Quarter (SE) of Section 12, Twp. 53
South, Range 41 East, '
said resubdivison to be known as an amended plat of Crouse's
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said amended plat as complying with all the provisions of the
Charter of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations and
regulations of the Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of
certain streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of
the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIA1I: That the dedication of the streets, avenues.
and highways in said resubdivison, as shown by said amended
plat, be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by
the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, A. D. 1925.
