AN ORD/NANCE ACCEPT/NO THE DEDICATION OP
THE STREETS, AVENUES, HICHWAYS AND FADS
IN THE SUBDIVISION TO Et !MOWN AS *MED
ROAD NICftLANTS" .
WHEREAS, 3'ohn A. Campbell and Nellie Campbell, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, tp-wit:
A subdivision of tract No. 4 of Florida Fruit lands
Company, a subdivision in Twps. 49, 50, 51, 52 and
53, Rges. 39, 40 and 41 East, as per plat thereof
recorded in plat book 2 at page 17 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as ttRed Road Highlands, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways
and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
`PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th dayy of September, A. D. 1925.
