AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
THR STREETS, AVENUES, HIOWA?S AND DARtt5
IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE =OWN AS "FIRST
ADDITION TO BELLE MEAUEt .
MIMS, the Belle Meade /and Company', a corporation or-
ganized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, has
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision
Of the following property, lying and being in Dade County, State
of Florida, to -wit;
A subdivision in the Na of the Southeast Quarter (SE4)
of Section 7, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 42 Bast. Described as
follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 17.20 chains (1135.20 ft.) West
of the Southeast Corner of the North Half (NI) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 7, Twp. 53 South, Rge.
42 East, for a point of beginning. Thence West along the
South line of the North Half (VI) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE4) of said Section 7, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 42 East, for
a distance of 6.32 chains (417.12 ft.) to a point; thence
North parallel with the East line of the North Half (NI)
of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said Section 7, Twp. 53
South, Rge. 42 East, for a distance of 988 ft. more or less
to the South Bank of Little River; thence meandering the
South bank of Little River in an Easterly direction to a
point on the intersection of a line which is 1135.20 ft.
West of and parallel to the East line of the North Half
(Ni) of the Southeast Quarter (SE) of said Section 7, Twp.
53 South, Rge. 42 East; thence South along a line which is
1135.20 ft. West of and parallel to the East line of Section
7, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 42 East, for a distance of 981.82 ft.
more or less to the point of beginning. Together with all
riparian rights,
said subdivision to be known as ^First Addition to Belle Meader, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and. Parke to the perpetual use of the public: for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COI:MI$SION OF TRE CITY OF
MIIAMI; That the dedication of the streets. avenues, highways and parks
in said subdivision, as shown by :said plat. be, and the same are hereby,
accepted. and ocairme4 by the City of Miami.
