ORDINANCE NO. 17,
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
THt STREETS, AVNUES, HIGHWAYS AND TAMS
IN THE SUB DIVISION TO SE MOWN AS "STUB-
GEON HEIGHTS ACRESH.
WHEREAS, the Miami Bank and Trust Company, as trustees,
has filed with the Director of public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade County,
State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of that tract of land described as follows:
Beginning on the West line of the Southeast Quarter (SW
of Sec. 12, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East at a point13.33 1/3
chains North of the Southwest Corner of said Southeast
Quarter(SE;); thence North 6 2/3 chains; thence Bast
parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter (SEA)
15 chains; thence South 6 2/3 chains; thence West 15 chains
to the point of beginning.
Also beginning at a point 1320 feet North of the Southwest
corner of Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Sec. 12, Twp. 53 South,
Rge. 41 East; thence East parallel to the Southern boundary
of said Southeast Quarter (SE4) 990 feet; thence North 47.81
feet more or less to the North boundary of the South half
(S*) of the Southeast Quarter (SW of Sec. 12; thence West
along said North boundary of the South half (S) of the South-
east Quarter (SE4) of Sec. 12 990 feet to the Northwest Corner
of the South half (S*) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of See.
12; thence South 48.6 feet more or less to the point of
beginning,
said subdivision to be known as ',Sturgeon Heights Acres", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and. regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDEINED BY THE C Oil'I SS ION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways and
parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
