AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING Tilt DEDICATION OP
SUBDIVISIONTHE
EN
TO BEE AND
ASIGHWAYS AINARDrMANOR".
WHEREAS, the Molnar& Realty Corporation, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the West half (WW) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the
Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section 14, Twp. 53 South,
Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as nMainard Manor", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpettal use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and high-
ways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, aooepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, A. D. 1925.

"MAINARD MANOR."
WHEREAS. the Mainard Realty Cor-
poration, a corporation organised and ex-
isting under the laws of the State of
Florida. has filed with the Director of
Public Service a plat of a subdh'sion of
the following property, lying and being
in Dade County. State of Florida, to -wit:
