`VYE BRBAS, Prod Braddock, a single man, has filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of a resubdivision of
the following property, lying and being in Dade County, State
of Florida, to-vit:
A resubdivision of Lot 4, Block A, Royal Park as
recorded in Plat Book 4 on Page 56 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; and Lot 6 with
the west ten (10) feet of Lot 7, Block 3, Tamiami
Heights as recorded in Plat Book 7 on Page 64 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
said resubdivision to be known as "Tamiami Heights Extensions, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMI.iISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and high-
ways in said resubdivisioa, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Niauii.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, A. D. 1925.
