AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TH2 DEDICATION
OP THE STREETS, AVENUES, . HIGHWAYS AND
PARt'RC; IN THE SUBDIVISION TO DE !MOWN
AS e36iTN STREET COW ROtAI, =MO.
WHEREAS, the Gotto, Garrettson, Mathias Company, a cor-
poration Organized and existing under the laws of the State of
lorida, has file& with the Director of Public Service a plat
of a subdivision of the following property, Lying and being
in bade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of all of the West half (W -) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE*) of Section 29, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East,
lying north of the center of the Miami Canal; and
all of the Northeast Quarter (NE*) of the Northwest
Quarter (NW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE*) of
Section 29, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East, lying
north of the center of the Miami Canal,
said subdivision to be known as "36th Street Commercial Center",
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, highways
and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2Sth day of Se temnber, A. D. 1925.
