AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTInG THE DEDICATION OF
THE STREETS, AVENUES, HIGHWAYS AND HARM
IN THE SURD/VISION TO BE Isom/ AS
"PURER HIGHLANDS - SECTION 4".
WHEREAS, the Miami Bank and Trust Company, as tru
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
division of the following property, lying and being i
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the SW} of Seotion 30, Twp. 53
South, mange 41 East, and a triangular strip of
land in the NW} of said Section S0, more particu-
larly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW Corner of the NW} of said
Section 30, Twp. 53 South, Range 41 East,; thence
East along the South line of said ItWi of Seotion
30, a distance of 2712.33 feet to the Center of
said Section 30; thence North along the East line
of said NW} of said Seotion 30, 193.75 feet to a
point; thence Southwesterly 2721.11 feet, more or
less the point of beginning,
said subdivision to be known as "Flagler Highlands -Section 4", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved
said plat as complying with al he provisions of the Charter
of the City of Hi an les and regulations of the De-
