AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
THE STREETS, AVENUES, HIGHWAYS AND PAWS
IN THE SJRDtvt S!ON TO BE r tbt''N AS
"EDGEWATER PAW'.
WHEREAS, the Miami Dank and Trust Company, as trustees,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
Countq, 'State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of that portion of the Si of
Section 20, Twp. 53 S. Range 41 East, lying
South of the Miami Canal, excepting the WW
of the WW of the SW'i of Section 20, !limp. 53
South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Edgewater Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CCUKISSION OF THE
CITY OF !!IAAI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues,
highways and parks in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be,
and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of
Miami.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st slay of September, A.D. 1925.
