II1 THE SUBDIVISION TO DE MOWN AS
"McCADL pA" ,
WHEREAS, P. W, U00a .1 atd Sarah B. tt Oal1, hie wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a
subdivision of the foliowing property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Plorida, toy -wit:
A subdivision of the E* of the SE4 of the SW
of the SWW of Section 14, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "McCall Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisione of the Charter of
the Oity of Miami and the rules and re ulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHZREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2lat day of September* A.D. 1925.
