OP THE STREETS, AVENUES, HIGHWAYS AND
PARES IN THE SUBDIVISIOid TO BE 1.1406
AS "FLAGLER HIGHLANDS - SECTION 3".
WI EREAS, the Miami Bank and crust Co
has filed with the Director of public serviopi ple,f a sub
division of the following property, lying and
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the SE* of Section 30, Twp. 63 S.,
Range 41 East, and a portion of the NIA of said
Section 30, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Centre of said Section 30, Twp, 63,
Range 41; thence East along the south line of said
N" of Section 30, 2710.73 feet to the Southeast
Corner of said NE* of Section 30; thence North along
the bast line of said NE} of Section 30, 387.29 feet to a
point; thence Southwesterly 2718.92 feet to a point
in the west line of said NE* of Section 30; thence
South along the West line of said NE of Section 30,
193.75 feet, to the oentre of said Section 30, the
plaoe and point of beginning,
said subdivision to be wn as "Flagler Highlands - Section 3",and
WHEREAS, the D ctor of Public Service has approved
a •omp with all the provisions of the Charter of
1 and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Se e. and
`WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
tree -avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the
ublic for proper purposes,
NOW. TEER.EFOHE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CODAISSICN OF THE
CITY OF UTA I; That the dedication of the streets, avenues, high-
ways and parte in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of 4ia mi,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2let day of September, A. D, 1955,
