IN THE SUBDIVISION TO PE =mill AS
't AUEI HIGHLANDS - SECTION 2"
WHEREAS, the Mialmi Pare and. Trust Company, as trustees,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the N.E.4 of Section 31, Township
53 South, Range 41 mast, excepting the following
described lands:
The SWi of the SE4 of the Nerd • the SE4 of the S��
of the SE4 of the Na, and Si- of the SWi of the
N* of said Section 31, Township 53 South, Range
41 • cast,
said subdivision to be known as "Flagler highlands - Section 2" , and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of ► iami. and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of the streets,
avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED ED BY THE C QIMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIA I: That the dedication of the streets, avenues, high-
ways and parks in said subidivision, as shown by said plat be, and
the same is hereby, acoeptea and confirmed by the city of aiiaani.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of Septeu '8r, A. D. 1925.
