WHEREAS, Qeneveire Ooncle, a single woman, hac filed
with the director of Publio Service a plat of a reeubdivision
of the following property, lying and being in jade County, State
of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Tract 13 of the Valentine sub-
division of the S.E.s of Section 36, Township 53,
Range 41, according to plat thereof on file in
Book B, Page 118 of Public Records of .jade County,
Florida,
said re subdiv i sion to be known as "Shannondale", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public oervice has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, Ti EPP. OPRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C 0: 4I SSI ON OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and
highways in said resubdivi sion, as shown by said plat, be, and
the same is hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED .AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, A. D. 1925.
