SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS
"THIItTY.SIXTII STREET MANORS."
WHEREAS, the Shaw, Hicks and
Sledge. inc., a torPoraUots organited and
existing Under the laws of the State of
Florida, has Bled with the Director of
PUblie Service a. plat of a :subdivision of
the following property, lying and being
in Dade County. State of Florida, to -wit:

I said subdivision to be known its "Thirty
'Sixth Street Manors,' and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Ser.
vice has approved said plat as complying
with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and reg-
ulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the
dedication of certatn streets, avenues and
highways to the Perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes,
