"fl1 ICXELL ESTATES".
WHEREAS, the Briekell Estates Company, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service three plats of a
subdivision of the following property, lying and being in Dade
County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of a portion of Sections 38 and 39,
Township 54 South, Range 41 East, particularly
shown and described on said three plats,
said subdivision to be known as "Brickell Estates", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
three plats as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said three plats shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLflLISSION 0r T3E CITY
OP ? IAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and highways
in said subdivision, as shown by said three plats, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, A. D. 1925.
