EESUBDIVIStoN TO BE KNOWN As"WARR&N AND
SE? RESUBDIVISION."
WHEREAS, AS, George J. Ramsey and Caroline B. Ramsey, his wife,
of Dade County, Florida, J. M. Warren and Josephine R. Warren,
his wife, of Dade County, Florida, Howell A. Davis and Awes D.
Davis, his wife, of Putnam County, Florida, have filed with the
Director of Public Service a plat of a resubdivision of the follow-
ingsproperty situated, lying and being in Dade County, State of
Florida, to -wit:
A resubdiviaion of Iot 5 of Snaws Subdivision, Section
25, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 7, Page 120, oz the Public Records, Dade County,
Florida,
said resubaivision to be known as "Warren and Ramsey 3esubdivision",
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, tine said plat shows the dedication ox certain streets,
avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI; Taut the dedication of the streets, avenues and highways
in eaid reeubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED wag 24th day of August, A, D 1925,
