AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TEE DEDICATION
OP 'TEE STREETS. AVENUA6 AND HIGHWAYS IN
TaE SUBDIVISION TO BE i OWN AS "CLAYTON
KEIGHTS".

W. F. Yarborough, have filed with the Director of Public Service
a plat of a subdivision of the following property situated, lying
and being in Dade County, State of Ploridas to -wit:
A subdivision of the Southwest Quarter (SW ) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW) of the Southwest Quarter
(SW4) or Section 27, Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
said Subdivision to be known as "Clayton Heights", and.
WIEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Cnarter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, 'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF 'MS CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and high-
ways in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted a►ud ounfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ,ADOPTED this 24th day of August, A. D. 1925.
