WH2RtAS, 06 R. Washbish, trustee, has filed with the Di-
rector of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of the following
property situated, lying and being in Dade County, State of Florida,
to -wit:
A subdivision of the East Half () of the Southwest Quarter
(SW4) of Section 14, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East, except the
South 9401 thereof and also except 4.1E acres, a more par-
ticular description of which is as follows: Beginning at a
point at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE-)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Sec. 14, Twp. 53 South, Rge.
41 East, east along the North line of the Southeast Quarter
SE� of the Southwest Quarter (SW ) of the Southwest Quarter
SW*) of said Sec. 14, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East, for a
distance of 664.22' to a point; thence South 265.52' to a
point; thence West 664.6' to the West line of the Southeast
Quarter (SE*) of the Southwest Quarter (SW-) of Section 14,
Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East; thence North along the west
line of the Southeast Quarter (Sti) of the Southwest Quarter
(Sww) of said Sec. 14, Twp. 53 South, Rge. 41 East for a dis-
tance of 264.15' to the point of beginning except a 25' strip
of the property above described extending entirely around. the
property Which strip to be used for street purposes,
said subdivision to be known as "orchard Villa Extension", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and.
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KIAMI: That the ded.icatton of the said streets, avenues, highways anal,
parte, as shorn by said plat, be, and the atnie are hereby, accepte and
