IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE NNOWN AS "SYle.
VANIA REMITS".
WHEREAS, the Bellerose Realty Oampany, a corporation or-
ganized and existing under the laws of the Otate of Florida, has
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a c,..7odivis1on
of the followi.,L 1.p,erty situated, lying and being in Dade County,
State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of a part of the Northeact Quarter MO
of Section 12, Township E4 South, Range 40 Eact,
said subdivision to be known us "Sylvania Heights", and.
WaREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved sad
plat as complying with all Elie provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regtautioas of the DepartL,ent of
Public Service, and.
WHEREAS, the said plat show the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and. parks to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, TH1MEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLMISSION OF TEE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the said streets, avenues, highways
and parks, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby, ac-
cepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th &ay of August, A. D. 1925.
