AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF THE STREETS, AVENUES Alb HIGHWAYS IN
THE SUBDIVISION TO BE KNOWN AS 'iiEDROSE
HEIGHTS 6.. SECOND SECTION".
WHEREAS, the Melrose Properties Inc., a corporation or-
ganized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, has
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision
of the following property, lying and being in Dade County, State
of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Southwest Quarter (SW ) of the
Northwest Quarter (IW*) of Section 27, Township 53
South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as ',Melrose Heights - Second Section",
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public for pro per
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COML ISSION CF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and highways
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1?th day of Auvust, A. B. 1925.
