A'? ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TEE D /CATION OP
THE STREETS, AVENUES AND RIM/WAYS IN Tas
R SUBDIVISION TO HE HNOWN AS "PINEWALL".
WHEREAS, L. A. Rafeman and M. W. Hafeman, his wife, have
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a resub-
divi sion of the following property situated, lying and being
in Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A resubdiv ision of Lots, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 1 of
Georgian Terrace, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 134
of the Public Records, Dade County, Florida,
said resubdivi sion to be known as "Pinewald", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and highways to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets, avenues and highways
in said resubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED thi a 17th day of August, A. D. 1925.
