DEDICATION OP THE
AND PARES IN THE
"PARADISE PAW*
W1ERr.AS, John A. Campbell and Nellie Campbell, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a sub-
division of the following property situated, ling and being in
Dade County, State of Florida, to --wit;
A subdivision of that portion of Lots 6, 7 and 8 of
Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter (NE*) of the
Northeast Quarter (NEa) of Section 33 and the North-
west Quarter (Na) of the Northwest Quarter (Nwi) of
Section 34, both lying North of the North fork of the
Miami River in Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Paradise Park - Section Two", ann.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI; That the dedication of the said streets, avenues, high-
waye and parks, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of Auguat, A. D. 1925
