AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE MD/CATION' OP
THE STREETS, S, AVENUES, HIGHWAYS AND PACs
IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BE MOWN AS "XtNi.
SINCti'ON MANOR".
WHEREAS, the Hometown Realty Corporation, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
has filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a cub.
division of the following property situated, lying and being in
Dade County, State of Florida, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Northeast Quarter (NE) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE*)
of Section 33, Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Kensington Manor", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat dhows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMI SS ICN OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the said streets, avenues, high-
ways and parks, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby,
acdepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, A. D. 1925.
