WHEREAS, the '. CO H. Realty Corporation, a corporation or-
ganized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, have
filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision
of the following property situated, lying and being in Dade County,
State of Florida, to -wit;
A subdivision of the North Half (Ni-) of the Northwest
Quarter (NVJ ) of the Southwest Quarter (Stir) of Sec-
tion 26, Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Evergreen Gardens", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the
ty of Miami and the rules and. regulW=tions of the Department of Pub-
lic Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets,
avenues, highways and parks to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,
NOW, TH' REFCRE, BF IT ORDAINED BY THE C01: 'ISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the said streets, avenues, high-
ways and parks, as shown by said plot, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th day of August, A. D. 1925.
