Wii 2NAS, Seminole Fruit and land Company, a New York cor-
poration, authorized to do business in the State of .Florida,
have filed with the Director of public Service an amended plat
of a subdivision of certain property located in the County of
Dade, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
A resubdivision of "Streamland Gardens" as recorded
in Plat Book 5 at Page 80, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "Streamland Gardens", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
amended plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public Service, and
V1EREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, TUREFORE4 BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said
subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August; A. D. 192
