MitatAs, the gone Nealtq Oompany, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Florida,,has filed with the
Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of pertain land
situated in the County of Dade, State of Florida, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of 7 of Ei of We of SEi of NVII. of
Section 13, Twp. 53 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "North Palm Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public .jervice has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public
Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said
subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby,
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of Aug jat , A. D. 1925,.
