WHEREAS, Charles It Rill and Eva M. Rill, his wife, have
fixed with the Director of Public Service an amended plat of
a subdivision of pertain property located in the County of Dade,
State of Florida, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of the NWi of NE* Of Y of NW4
and E* of NE4 of fE* of NWa of Section 35, Twp. 53
South, Mange 41 East, except Lots 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7
of Blook 1, of Greenwood Park, as recorded in Book
3, Page 105 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "Greenwood Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
amended plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Depart-
ment of Public 'ervice, and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purpoees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said
subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be, and the same are
hereby, accepted and oonfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of Aug i t, A. D. 1925.
