RIVERSIDE".
WligAgAS, Williamson and Banker, Inc., a oorporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, has filed with
the Director of Publio Service a plat of a subdivision of the follow-
ing property, situated, lying and being in Dade County, State of
Florida, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Commence at a point on Section line One Hundred thirty-
two (132) feet East of the Southwest corner of Southwest
Quarter (SW*) of Southeast Quarter (SE4) of section 35,
Township 53 South, Range 41 East, thence run due North to
thread or center of Miami River; thence meander said thread
or center of said Miami river in a Southeasterly direction
to a point where said center line intersects the East line
of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE*)
of said Section 35, thence South along the East line of the
Southwest Quarter t SW'4:) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of
said Section 35 to the South line of said Section 35, thence
due West to point of beginning - being all of the Southwest
Quarter (SW-1) of Southeast Quarter (3E:) of Section 35, Town-
ship 53 South, of :Range 41 East, lying South of the Miami
River except the Nest One Hundred thirty-two (132) feet there-
of
said subdivision to be known as "Commercial Riverside", and
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the Uity of Miami
and the rules and regulations of the Department of Publio Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City of
}Liami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said subdivi-
sion, as shown by said plat, be, and the save are hereby, accepted and
confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of A gait , A. D. 19§.
