AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION T.0 BE KNOWN AS
"'KORN TERRAOr
WRRAS, Samuel S. Kern, Lillian L. ItOrn, wife of said Samuel
S, Philip Goldberg, Julia Goldberg, wife of the said Philip, Samuel
Lustbeaer, Jr. and Sera Lustbader, wife of the saia. Samuel, Jr., have
filed with the Director of Publio Service a plat of a subdivision of
certain land situated in tbeCounty of Dade, State of Florida, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of Lot 1, Block 6 of Broadmoor and reclaimed land.
lying east thereof excepting the west 150 ft. of said. Lot 1, Block 6
of Broadmoor, lying in the City of Miami,
said. subdivision to be known as "Korn Terrace", and.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved. said. plat
as oomplying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and.
WHEREAS, the said. subdivision shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper pur-
poses,
NOW, TURF:FORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City of
Miami: That the dedication of the streets and. avenues in said sub-
division be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
city of
PASSAND ADM= this 21st day of Ju1y, 1925.
