AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING Tf#N DEDICATION OP THE
STREETS AND AVENUES IN TH SUBDIVISION TO BE
ENOWN AS "MELROSE HEIGHTS - STg SECTION".
WHEREAS, Melrose properties, Eno., a Corporation organized and
existing ender the laws of the State of Florida, have filed with the
Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of certain land
situated in the County of Dade,State of Ylorida, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of the Ni of the Si of the NW* of the NE4
and the NW4 of the NW4 of the NF4 and the Ef of the NW*
(except triangular area in SW corner thereof) , all be -
ing in Section 38, Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Melrose Heights - 5th Section", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the Cite of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of PublicSer-
vioe, and
WHEREAS. the said subdivision shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to theperpetual use of the public for proper pur-
poses,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by theCommis sion of the City of
Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said sub-
division be, and the same are hereby, accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day pf July, 1925.
