AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDIOATIoN Off' STREETS
AND AVENUES IN THE SURD/VISION TO BE ENO`+VN AS
"MELROSE N.EICRTS • 4TN SECTION",
WHEREAS, Melrose Properties, inc., a corporation organized and
existing Linder the laws of the State of Florida, have filed with the
Director of Publio Service a plat of a subdivision of certain land
situated in the Couunty of Dade, State of Florida, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of all of that portion of the Wk of the NS+
of Seotion 28, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, lying
North of the center line of the Miami Canal and all of
the EE of the E* of the NE-, of Section 29, Township 53
South, Range 41 East, lying North of the Center line of
the Miami Canal, and a triangular portion described as fol-
lows:- Beginning at the SW corner of the SE* of the NW4
of Seotion 28 , Township 53 South, Range 41 East, thence -
east along the south line of the SE4 of the NW4 a distance
of 511.22 feet to a point at the intersection of the cen-
ter, line of NW North River Drive and NW 23th Street, thence
in a northwesterly direotion 675.57 foot, to a point on the
west line of the SE4 of the liThi of said Section 28, thence
South along the said west line -of the SEA of the NW4 of
said Section 28, a distance rtf 445.91 feet to the point of
beginning,
said subdivision to be known as "Melrose Heights - 4tb Section", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said subdivision shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper pur-
poses,
NOW, TI ERFPORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City of
Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said subdi-
vision be, and the same are hereby, accepted end confirmed by the City
of Miami.
