AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION Off' THE
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION TO DE
MOWN AS "ORAPEtAND HEIGHTS - THIRD SECTION".
WHEREAS, Miami Dank do Trust Company, Trustees, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of
pertain land situated in the County of Dade, State of Florida,
more partioularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of the W - of the NWi of Section 33,
Township 53 South, Range 41 East, and that portion
of the ?* of the SW4 of Section 28, Township 53
South, Range 41 East lying Southof the center line
of Tamiami Canal and also lots A, B, C, D, E, F, G,
H and K of "Grapeland Heights" as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 63, Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "Grapeland Heights - Third Sec-
tion", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisionsof the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to theperpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF TIE CITY
OF MIAMI: That the dedioation of the streets and avenues in said
aubdivision,as shown byaaid plat, be, and the same are hereby, ac-
cepted and confirmed, by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of July, 1925.
