AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION Oki Tli
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION TO BB
MOWN AS "GX APiLAND 1TmHTs . SECOND S.:CTIOIV" .
w11210e2AS. Miami Bank & Truat Company,Trustees, have filed with
the Director of Public Service a plat of a subdivision of certain
land situated in the County of Dade, State of Florida, more parti-
cularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of the SW4 of the SW4 and the S* of the
NWt of the SW4 of Section 28, Township 53 South, Range
41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Grapeland Heights -.Second Section",
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Public Ser-
vice, and
WHEREAS, the said subdivision shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MAUI: That the dedication of the streets and. avenues in said
subdivision,aa shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby, so-
oopted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14tb day of July, 1925.
