WHEREAS, Section 10 of the said Building Code of the City
of Miami, approved July 7, 1919, provides and sets forth the a ermis-•
sable area of lot occupied, with limitations thereto, for different
classes of buildings; t3nd.
WHEREAS, section 34 of the said Building Code of the City
of I,riarai, approved July 7, 1919, provides that the heights of build-
ings should not exceed ten stories or 125 feet in see t7ht; a1nd.
WHEREAS, there :ire occasions arising whereby it is deemed
necessary and beneficial to erect buildings in excess of 10 stories
