AN ORDINANCE ACONPTIRO THE DEDICATION
OF TRE STREETS AND AVENUES IN TNM RE -
SUBDIVISION ZNOWN AS "WINTEROP MANOR".
WREREAS, Frank N. Murphy and Mary F. Murphy, hia wife,
Charles D. Hatch and Jennie M. Hatch, his wife, have filed
with the Dirootor of Public Service a plat of certain land
situated in the County of Dade, state of Florida, more par-
ticularly described as follows, to -wit:
A resubdivision of Block 9, Kew
Gardens, in the SE$ of Section
33, Twp. 53, Range 41 East.
said resubdivision to be known as "Winthrop Manor", and
WHEREAS, the Direotor of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the De-
partment of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the publio for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said resubdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, aooepted and oonfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, A. D. 1925.
