Off' THE STRUTS AND AVBtS IN THE SUB-
DIVISION =OWN A9 ttaimpsos ADDITION".
wallas, R. M. Simeon and Monts Simpson, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of cer-
tain land situated in the County of Dade, State of Florida,
more particularly described as followa, to -wit:
For a beginning point, start at the SW corner of
Lot 11 of Block 46 8, of the City of Miami, (Knowlton'a
Plat) as recorded in the Public Records of Dade County,
then go West 30 ft. along the North boundary of 20th.
St. (now SW 8th St.), thence North 250 ft. which is
point of beginning.
Prom the found point above designated go West 209 ft;
thence North 50 ft; thence East 209 ft; thence South
50 ft. to point of beginning.
For a beginning point, start at the SW corner of
Lot 11, of Block 46 S of theCity of Miami, (Knowlton's
Plat) as recorded in the Public Records of Dade County,
then go West 30 ft. along the North boundary of 20th St.
(now SW 8th St.) thence North 350 ft. which is point of
beginning.
From the found point above designated go West 209 ft;
thence North 150 ft; thence East 209 ft; thence South
150 ft. to point of beginning.
said subdivision to be known as "Simpson Addition", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Publio Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Publio Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
city of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues in
said subdivision, se shown by said plat, be, and the same are here-
by, accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
