AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
0P THE STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE S E -
DIV'ISION KNOWN AS "SYLVAN AWARE".
waPA5, 0. D. Garman, II. a8 trustee, has filed. with
the Direetor of Publio Service a plat of certain land situated
in the County of Dade, state of Florida, more partionlar1y
described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 50 ft. south and. 485 ft.
west of the NE corner of Seotion 23, Twp. 53,
Range 41, run south 250 ft; thenoe west 200 ft;
thenoe north 250 ft; thence east 200 ft. to
point of beginning; also beginning at a point
300 ft. south and 485 ft. west of the NE corner
of Section 23, Twp. 53, Rge. 41, run 350 ft. south;
thence west 200 ft; thenoe north 250 ft; thenoe
east 200 ft. to point of beginning.
said subdivision to be known as "Sylvan Square", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said
plat as oomplying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedioation of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are
hereby, aooepted and oonfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28tb day of April, A. D. 1925.
