SION KNOWN AS SAYSHO1E, UNIT N0. 4".
V EE AS, the Dayahore Investment Oompany, a body oor-
porate under the laws of the state of Delaware, but authorised
to transact business in Florida, has filed with the Direotor
of Public Service a plat of pertain land situated in the
County of Dade, State of Florida, more partioularly described
as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of part of Sec. 18, Twp. 58
South,of Range 42 East, Dade County, Florida,
as lying south of Biscayne Avenue and West
of the Dixie Boulevard to the right-of-way
of the F.E.C. Ry.
said subdivision to be known as "Bayshore, Unit No. 4", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the Oity of Miami and the rules and regulations of the De-
partment of Public dervioe, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the publio for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
Oity of Miami: That the dedioation of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, aooepted and oonfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, A. D. 1925.
