AN ORDINANCE ACCEPT/NO THE DEDICATION OP
THE STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVI-
SION INOWN AS "EAST SHENANDOAH".
WHEREAS, the East Shenandoah Company, a oorporation
organized and exioting under the laws of the State of Plorida,
has filed with the Direotor of public Service a plat of cer-
tain land situated in the County of bade, State of Ylorida,
more partioularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision in Sections 39 and 40,
Twp. 84 South, Range 41 East,
said subdivision to be known as "Last Shenandoah", and
WHEREAS, the Director.of Public Servioe has approved said
plat as oomplying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Pubiio Service, and
WHEREAS, the eaid plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the publio for pro-
per purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, aocepted and oonfirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28tb day of ,April, A. D. 1928
