AN ORDINANOg ACCEPT/NO 112 DEDICATION OP
THE STREETS AND AVENUES AS SHOWN IN THE
AMENDED PLAT OP A SUM/VISION lice MtS,
M. O. SMITH.
WAEREAS. Mrs. M. O. Smith has filed with the Director
of Public Servioe an amended plat of certain land situated
in the County of bade, State of Florida, more particularly
desoribed as follows, to -wit:
Amended plat of a subdivision for
Mrs. M. C. Smith as recorded in
Rook 6 of Plats at ?age 69 of the
Publio Records of Dade County, Fla.
same to be known as an amended plat of a subdivision for Mrs.
M. C. Smith, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved
said amended plat as complying with all the provisions of the
Charter of the Oity of Miami and the rules and regulations of
the Department of Public) Service, and
WHEREAS, the said amended plat shows the dedication of
certain streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the public
for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said amended plat, be, and the
same are hereby, aooepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April; A. D. 1925.
