AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TIIM DEDICATION
Off' TRS STREETS AND AVENUES IN TRB SUS-
DIVISION MOWN AS "GORDON DAZE PARS".
".
WHEREAS, William P. James and Ravel G. James, his wife,
have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of cer-
tain land situated in the County of Dade, State of Florida,
more particularly deaoribed as follows, to -wit:
The East Half of the West Half of the
West Half of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 13,
Township 63 South, Range 41 East.
said subdivision to be known as "Gordon Dale Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Servioe, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedioation of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetual use of the pubiio for
proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the dedication of the streets and avenues
in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same
are hereby, aooepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, A. D. 1925.
