AN ORDINANCE AO0EPTxNO THE DEDIOATION by
Off' THE STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDI-
VISION ENOWN AS "'. P. 2IY''S !ESUBDIVISION".
WziEliEAS, F. P. 2iy and Nellie E. 2iy, hie wife, have filed
with the Director of Public Service a plat of certain Ian& situated
in the County of Dade, State of Florida, more particularly describe&
as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 7 inclusive of Blk. 4, Tamiami Heights in
Section 10, Twp. 54 South, Rge. 41 East as recorded in
Book 7 of Plats, Page 64 pubiio records of Dade County,
Florida.
Also, the E.42.5 feet of Lots 1 and 2 and the north
1.24 feet of the east 42.5 feet of Lot 3 of Block B of
Royal Park addition to the City of Miami, as recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 59, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
Also, e ommenoing at a point 42.5 feet west of the
northeast corner of Lot 1 of Block B of Royal Park an addi-
tion to the City of Miami, a000rding to recorded Plat in
Book 4 of Plats, Page 59, Publio Records of Dade County,
Florida, as a point of beginning; thence run south a dis-
tance of 120 feet; thence run west a distanoe of 100 feet;
thenoe run north a distanoe of 120 feet and thence run east
a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning, the name
being the west 100 feet of Lots 1 and 2 and the north 21.24
feet of the went 100 of Lot 3 being in Block B of Royal Park,
an addition to the City of Miami, Florida, as reoorded in
Book 4 of Plats, Page 59, Public Records of Dade County,Fla.
said subdivision to be known as "F. P. Ziy's Reaubdivision", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Publio
Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of oertain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the pubiio for proper purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT QRDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami; That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said sub-
division, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby, aocept.
ed and oonfirwed by the City of Miami.
