MOWN AS "COMMERCIAL WENA VISTA".
WHEREAS, Arthur Rottenberg and Crolina Rottenberg, hie wife,
Leroy Morgan and Olive M. Morgan, hie wife, Jae. 0. Lett and Ella
V. Lett, his wife, have filed with the Director of public Service
a plat of certain land situated in the County of Dade, State of
Florida, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision in Section 24, Township 53 South, Range
41 East, Dade County, described as foilows,to-writ:
Beginning at a point Ten (10) ohaina South and 9.45
chains west of the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter
(nit of the Southeast quarter (SE4) of Section 24, Twp. 53
South, Range 41 East; thenoe south 3.15 chains; thence west
3.15 chains; thence north 3.15 chains; thence east 3.15
chains to the point of beginning.
Also,beginning at a point 10 chains south and 12.6 chains
west of the Northeast oorner of the Southeast quarter (SE4)
of the Southeast quarter (SE4) of Section 24, Twp. 53 South,
Range 41 East; thenoe south 208 feet; thence West 244 feet;
thence north 208 feet; thence east 244 feet to the point of
beginning.
Also, beginning at a point 13.15 chains south and 6.48-1/3
ohaine West of the Northeast oorner of the Southeast quarter
(n4) of the Southeast quarter (SE4) of deotion 24. Township
63 South, Range 41 Bast; thenoe running south 3 chains; thenoe
west 3.33-1/3 chains; thence north 3 ohaine; thence east
3.33-1/3 ohaine to point of beginning.
Also, all that part of the southeast quarter (SE4) of Sec-
tion 24, township 53 south, range 41 east, particularly des-
cribed as follows, to -wit: Commenoe at a point 10 chains south
and 3 ohaine and 15 linke west of the northeast oorner of the
Southeast quarter (SE4) of the Southeast quarter ($E4) of Seo-
tion 24, Township 63 South of Range 41 East, run thenoe west
6 chains and 30 links; thenoe south 3 ohaine and 15 links;
thenoe east 6 chains and 30 links; thence north 3 chains and
15 links to plaoe of beginning, oontaining 2 acres more or less,
said aubdivision to be known as "Commercial Buena Vista", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Publio Service has approved said plat
as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the City of
Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of Publio Ser-
vice, and
WNER$AS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain streets
and avenues to the perpetual use of the public for proper purpoeee,
VOW, TUMORS, BB IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
es Miami; That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said cub-
diwision, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are here-
by, aooepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2Sth day of April, A. D. 1928.
