EREAS, Eudora H. Caddagan, Donald. C . Caddagan and Bel -
lira Investment Company have filed with the Director of Public
Service an mended plat of Mirada Court, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved the
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Liiami and with the rules and regulations of the
Department of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets, avenues and driveways to the perpetual use of the pu-
blic for proper purposes,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the aforesaid plat be and it is hereby
accepted and t;,e dedication of the said streets, avenues and
driveways is accepted, and that all streets, avenues, drive-
ways and other highways heretofore shown on any other map of
Mirado Court as embraced in the said Mirado Court Subdivision
which are not shown on the said amended plat and hereby accept-
ed, be, and the same are hereby, vacated, closed and abandoned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of Apr 1, A. D. 1925.
