AN ORD/NANCE ACCRPTIN/ THE DEDICATION OP THE STREETS
AND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVISION non AS "PLAINFIEDD
PA".
WHEREAS, the Merchants Home Builders, tno., a Florida abr..
poration, has filed with the Director of public Service a plat
of certain property located in the Count$ of Dade, State of Flori-
da, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A subdivision of Lots 12 and. 13 of a subdivision of
the SE$ of Section 34, Township 53 South, Range 41
East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book B,
at page 10, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Plorida,
said subdivision to be known as "Plainfield Park", and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Miami and the rules and regulations of the Department of
Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the dedication of certain
streets and avenues to the perpetualuse of the public for proper
purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
That the dedication of the streets and avenues in said sub-
division, as shown by said plat, be, and the same are hereby, ac-
cepted and confirmed by the City of :Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of larch, A. D. 1925.
