A.ND AVENUES IN THE SUBDIVIA

WHEREAS, Clyde II Woodward, n
Single man. has filed with the Directot
of Public Service a plat of certain prop-
erty located in the County of Dade.
State of Florida, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to,wit:
A subdivision in the E 1-2 of the
NW 1.4 of NE 1-4 of NW 1-4 of
Section 22, Twp. r3. Range 41.
said subdivision to be known as "Fifty -
Fourth Street Terrace," and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public
Service has approved said plat as coni•
plying with all the provisions of the
Charter of tit' City of Mlaml and the
rules and regulations of the Department
of Public Service, and
WHEREAS, the said plat shows the
dedication of certain streets and avenues
to the perpetual use of the public for
proper purposes,

of Miami': That the dedication of the
streets and avenues in said subdivision,
as shown by said plat. be, and the same
